Yes! You can bank up to 40 hrs. Prepaid plans / hours are non refundable and hours can only be applied in the form of account credit. We will always try our best to fit you into a plan that actually works best for your and your company!
Of course, but you’d need a separate quote for that. Our one time flat fee service works best for these larger projects, new builds, and custom programming. Plans are intended for ongoing or adhoc maintenance.
